| Full design and build. (The sit back and relax option) |
| We will arrange for our architect to visit you for a feasibility survey to confirm what you can have within the dimensions of your property. He will come up with some designs and on your instruction he will produce a finalised plan of which we will send to the local council along with all the necessary paperwork required. Once the plans have been sent to the council, work can commence.We can set a start date and once started we will then fully manage your project all the way from start to finish and on the last day we will hand over your fantastic new space for you to enjoy. |

| Build only. (The relax option) |
| If you already have had plans done, or if you have someone that you would like to use to design your space then that is absolutely fine. Provide us with a copy of your final plans and then we can prepare a works schedule and a price for you. On acceptance we will fully manage your project from start to completion and, as above, once completed you are free to enjoy. |

| Part-Build. (The roll up your sleeves and get stuck in option) |
| We can either provide plans for you as in option 1 or you can provide them as in option 2. We will provide a works schedule then sit down and discuss which aspects of the works you would like us to carry out, and then we can put together a price accordingly. With this option we are usually asked to only complete the first stage of works where the main shell of your house is altered with all the steels and structural timbers fitted, roofing works are carried and the windows are fitted making everything watertight. With loft conversions we also fit the staircase. With extensions we carry out the groundworks and brickwork as well as making the structure watertight. It is at that point that we vacate and leave you to carry on and complete the project at your leisure. This is all negotiable and if you would like us to do more, then we will be more than happy to help. |
