Welcome to ACS Building Services.

We are a well established building company based in Brighton and serving
East Sussex specialising in Loft Conversions, Extensions, General Alterations
and General Property Maintenance on a large and small scale.

Lets look at these 4 points in more detail.

1, Job completed to a high standard.

Materials.

We will make sure that each and every piece of building material that goes into your project is the highest quality product available, using local reputable suppliers which we have spent years dealing with and developing good business understanding and relationships with. By assuring that all materials are the best quality, we can guarantee consistently high workmanship for each and every building project we undertake.

Tradespeople.

We have been in the building trade for many years. Through this time we have worked with many different tradespeople and every now and then, we came across people which really stood out from the crowd. These individuals displayed outstanding knowledge, efficiency and attention to detail in their daily work routine. These were exactly the type of people that we wanted to be associated with ACS Building Services and were hand picked especially to work as part of our team.

We also take pride in the training and development of our team and ensure that any trainees are assigned to one person and undertake a more traditional apprenticeship rather than just thrown in at the deep end. This ensures that our consistently high standards are maintained throughout the workforce on all of our projects we undertake.

We are now in a position where we have a well established team which produces an end result that you the customer and us, the builder, can be proud of.

2, Job completed within the timescale quoted.

We will quote you a timescale which we feel is realistic to enable us to carry out your project to a high standard.

We carry out no more than 2 contracts at any one time which enables us to work more efficiently.

To ensure things run smoothly, you will be assigned a team specifically for your project and this team will be headed by either myself, the director, or by our head carpenter who has been working for us for 4 years.

This dedicated team will be on site all day every day, (Monday to Friday), until the contract is complete.

3, Job completed on budget.

When we first come out to see you, we will take the time to go through exactly what your requirements are and develop a building schedule specifically tailored for you.

We will then provide you with a fully itemised quotation detailing what we have discussed. This enables you to check that the quote meets your needs.

We will then carry out your project for the price we have provided in your quotation.

When we carry out major works like a loft conversion or extension, we realise that as you see your new space develop, your ideas may change. We are always happy to accommodate any alterations you wish to make.

4, Be polite, courteous, informative and respectful at all times.

We are a good team of builders who never lose sight of the fact that we are working in your home.

Building work can be messy at times but we do our utmost to keep your living as easy and as normal as possible.

We also try and keep you informed as much as possible as to what we are doing, why we are doing it and what is happening next.
